Our subconscious mind has a power similar to the god’s words from the book “Divine Manifestation (An Old and Rare Book) by RAMA AND SUSANNE REILLY.”
Our conscious mind is the garden, and the subconscious mind is the fertile soil where we plant the seed. Whether it’s success or failure, it affects us. It depends upon us on what we want to plant in that garden, a poisonous plant or a useful plant.
Manifestation+ Positive Vibration = Result
Manifestation is the process of transformation, becoming what you seek and actively spreading your desire in the universe. It’s a way to attract positive energy and thoughts into our lives. It is about attracting the right energy into our lives. We all know that energy can neither be created nor destroyed; it is only transformed from one form to the other.
Now it is upon you: Would you like to attract positive energy or negative energy in your life?
Manifestation seems to be the easy way to achieve the things you want in your life, but somehow it’s a difficult task if you can concentrate on the positive energy or ability to feel what you are saying to yourself. However, simply manifesting will not help you until you take action along with that.
Manifestation is about having a positive mindset and a good vibration. When we feel positive and happy, we try to find the solution to the problem instead of crying over it. It is not magic; it is science. It is a way to attract the things you really want in your life.
6 things to keep in mind before starting manifestation:-
1. Repetition – It is the key to success and the magic which help us in the manifesting things we want in our life.
If you repeat and repeat a particular thing, you will become a master. Our brain is optimized to make subconscious decisions based on previous emotions attached to experiences.
This autopilot behavior, created by repetition, allows us to move through our day without having to relearn processes, doing minutia of daily life things without thinking. You are not your thought, but you are the witness of each thought.
2. Is that really what you want –Support If you see a high-end gadget, you are attracted to it. You want it at any cost, but subconsciously you know that it is not what you really want.
So, when you sit to manifest it, you are imagining that you have that thing, and you’re enjoying that, but somewhere at the subconscious level you know that you don’t need it, but there is another thing important that needs your attention in that no matter how hard you try, you are not able to manifest it because your conscious and subconscious mind are not allied with each other.
3. Increase your positive vibration – In the 1990s, Dr. Masaru Emoto carried out ground-breaking experiments on the impact of emotional energy on water In one study, he wrote positive and negative words on containers full of water.
He claims that, depending on the nature of the speech or thoughts directed at the water, when the water is frozen, its crystals will be “beautiful” or “ugly” depending on whether the thoughts were positive or negative.
Our bodies are 60-70% water If the crystal formation is affected by our words, then think how much it will affect us. Happiness and joyfulness are positive vibes, whereas anger, jealousy, and envy are negative vibrations. When we feel that negative vibration, we feel a sensation or pain in our body, which varies from person to person. To manifest the things in your life you want, it is better to attract positive energy/vibration to increase its efficiency.
To increase the positive vibration in life, do gratification, be thankful for the things you have in your life, and surround yourself with positive-vibe people. As vibration or energy is contagious, if you surround yourself with positive people, you feel happy and positive, and if you surround yourself with negative people, you feel negative energy.
4. Incorporate affirmation into your life- Affirmation is a positive word that can help you bring positivity into your life. But use the affirmation in the present tense, suppose you want to feel happy or confident. Say, “I am happy” but if you do not feel it fully, it will not be useful in the beginning. It is natural that your brain will not accept it because you are continuously fed in your subconscious mind that you are sad & you don’t deserve any happiness.
You can say that “I Am Learning To Be Happy” and that solely things will start changing and things maybe not change around you, but your way of seeing things will surely change & that change in point of view help you see the solution. Sometimes seeing the thing from a positive lens and thanking for the things you have in your life change many things.
5 Connect with nature-Nature is the key or the way to connect with ourselves when we become aware of our thoughts and who we are, everything become easy in life. Try to spend 5-10 minutes in nature either listening to the bird sound or looking at the stars or sitting under the tree & enjoy the view around you for that 5-10 minutes cut yourself from the others and just concentrate on yourself and your thoughts try to feel that energy of nature around you that giving you more energy/positive vibration.
6. Believe in yourself-By changing your outer state, we can change your inner state. In 2003, a study by Simone Schnall and David Laird showed that if you fake a smile, You can actually trick your brain into thinking you’re happy by releasing feel-good hormones called endorphins.
I am not saying that you ignore your negative thoughts and keep poison in your system. Learn to understand everything that you feel. The aim isn’t to force positive thoughts or fake beliefs on yourself, but to transform the negative ones into something healthier, so you can feel better. I was aware that the problem was there, but was feeding the problem rather than focusing on a solution.
By believing that you can do anything but also feeling that you can do anything by changing your outer state, you can change your inner state.
Types of Manifestation
There are different types of manifestation it’s upon you which suit you, or you like to try
1. Interact with your future self-
- Sit in a meditation position
- Concentrate on your breath.
- Think that your future self came out of the door looking happy and joyful
- Tell you your story of success, feel that energy, and feel that positive vibes that you already have what you want in your life
2. Pillow method-
- Write down what you want in your life the most with full energy
- How will you feel when you get that in the present tense and put it under your pillow & every night thinking about that, and how will you feel when you get that?
3. Journaling- Self-awareness is the key, write down what you want to manifest in your life in the present tense. But as I told you earlier, it should be aligned with what you really want in your life.
4. Vision Board-Create a vision board of what you want in your life. It’s also important to visualize as many details as possible about what you’re seeking and more of who you are that can attract those things.
Rumi Famous Poet wrote: ‘The Universe is not outside you. Look inside yourself; everything that you want, you already are.’
No one in the world has ever manifested every single goal they’ve wanted in the time they’ve desired. You can change outcomes, but you must accept that things will unfold in their own time and for your highest good—which sometimes means in a way you hadn’t anticipated.
